The COVID-19 pandemic has created much turmoil and distress in our world.  Some of us are having reactions such as feelings of isolation, increased stress, anxiety, and intense worry.  In addition, many of us experienced great feelings of loss either from losing a loved one, losing a job, or struggled with the loss of traditions and social interactions.  Now that our lives are returning to regularly scheduled programming, we are experiencing yet another change and transition.  Although some may be feeling relief and joy, for others, a return to the office, school, or social life can be anxiety producing and exhaustive.  Our clinicians are sensitive to and understanding of how this time impacts our lives and will work closely with you to gain perspective, decrease difficult emotions, and increase mindfulness and gratitude.  

Despite all the turmoil from the COVID-19 pandemic, it has afforded all of us the opportunity to find convenience in using web-based video teletherapy methods.  In addition, those who do not live close to our area can utilize our specialized services without having to commute or interrupt your daily routines.
