High school can be a lot: academically, socially, and emotionally. Grow & Thrive is a therapy group workshop designed to help teens navigate it together, rather than alone.

Led by Rachel Kruman, Licensed Social Worker, the group uses a blend of games, interactive activities, expressive arts, and verbal processing to help teens build natural and organic connection, develop coping skills, and support one another through shared experiences. This format allows for meaningful engagement in a way that feels natural for teens; not just talking about what's hard, but actively working through it.

Grow & Thrive is appropriate for teens navigating anxiety, social difficulties, depressed mood, or simply the need for connection and a reminder that they're not alone.

What if leveling up in a game could help your kid level up in real life?

Social Legends is a one-of-a-kind therapy group for preteens and teens that uses the magic of Dungeons & Dragons to build real-world social and emotional skills. Led by Dr. Mills — who has specialized training and research experience using Dungeons & Dragons in therapeutic settings — this group invites kids to step into a world of quests, characters, and adventure while quietly doing the deeper work: learning to manage emotions, navigate relationships, build confidence, and bounce back from challenges. Using the D&D framework alongside Critical Core and targeted therapeutic activities, Social Legends creates a space where kids and teens can explore who they are and who they want to be — one adventure at a time.
