About Sarah
Every child deserves a strong start. Every mother deserves to feel seen. Every family deserves support — no matter how uniquely they're wired.
Sarah is a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Autism-Informed Professional, and Certified Women's Mental Health Specialist with a deep commitment to the people who are too often overlooked: the little ones in those magical, critical early years; the mothers navigating the unexpected emotional terrain of new motherhood; and the families raising neurodiverse children who are simply trying to find their footing.
For the littlest clients — preschool-age children — Sarah creates a safe, playful, and nurturing space where big feelings can be explored and healthy foundations are built during the years that matter most.
For new and expecting mothers, Sarah offers compassionate, specialized support through the postpartum journey — whether that looks like postpartum depression, anxiety, identity shifts, or simply feeling lost in a season no one prepared you for. You are not alone, and you don't have to figure this out by yourself.
For parents of neurodiverse children, Sarah provides specialized parent coaching designed to help caregivers build confidence, deepen their understanding of their child's unique brain, and strengthen the connection at the heart of your family. As a Certified Autism-Informed Professional, Sarah is passionate about neurodiverse-affirming care that honors and celebrates each child's individuality.
Sarah also works with clients across a wide range of needs — including PTSD, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, life transitions, social struggles, family conflict, ADHD, postpartum struggles, parenting challenges, and behavioral concerns — guiding individuals from preschool through adulthood toward greater health and fulfillment.
Her approach is always strengths-based, trauma-informed, and deeply individualized. Sarah co-creates a collaborative, open space where healing happens at your pace. She holds specialized training in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken — it's about uncovering the strength that was always there.
