About Lee

I bring an integrative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy alongside person-centered, humanistic principles. Early in my training, a professor's simple but powerful idea stuck with me: meet each person where they are, rather than fitting them into a single method. That philosophy continues to shape how I work today; thoughtfully adapting my approach to fit the person in front of me, not the other way around.

I work with adults across the lifespan, supporting people navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I have a particular interest in women's issues and enjoy walking alongside clients as they move through the unique challenges that come with different stages of life.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years building a career in sales and marketing for major corporations, including Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay International, followed by a career as a commercial real estate broker. That path gave me a deep appreciation for human motivation, resilience, and the courage it takes to navigate change; insights I now bring directly into my work with clients.

In sessions, you can expect me to be warm and compassionate, with a good sense of humor; as I believe healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I'm also goal-oriented and comfortable being direct when it's helpful. Above all, my goal is for the people I work with to feel safe, cared for, truly seen, and feel forward movement.
