About Chloe

Chloe Udell is a Marriage and Family Therapist who supports children, teens, and adult individuals, as well as couples and families across all stages of lifespan, as they navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, family conflict, and more. Most known for her warmth, clinical curiosity, and compassion, Chloe's presence and efforts help her clients feel grounded and understood as they explore patterns, triggers, and themes in their work, families, and relationships. 

 

As a Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Clinician and a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Chloe specializes in couples, partners, pre-marital and marital counseling. Her training focuses on helping couples identify strengths, understand growth areas, and build essential skills for stronger communication, conflict resolution, boundaries, connection, attachment, and overall relationship satisfaction. She is skilled at guiding couples through personalized feedback sessions, teaching practical tools to navigate issues like finances, intimacy, family dynamics, and parenting.

Chloe takes a trauma-informed, multicultural approach and draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamic Therapy. She believes therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, with clients seen as the experts of their own lives. Her style is relational, reflective, and supportive of meaningful, lasting change.  She offers in-person and virtual sessions and welcomes clients seeking a thoughtful, affirming space for growth.
